Medical Disclaimer & Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service and Medical Disclaimer ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the website www.ojashealth.co.uk (the "Site") and purchasing any coaching programmes, consultations, or optimisation packages (the "Services") operated by Ojas Health Ltd ("us", "we", "our", or "Company").
Â
By accessing our Site or purchasing our Services, you ("Client", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not purchase our Services or access the Site.
Part 1: Medical Disclaimer & Scope of Practice
1.1 Non-Clinical, Non-Regulated Coaching Service
Ojas Health Ltd provides independent lifestyle coaching and health optimisation consulting. While delivered by our Physicians, doctors registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), the Services provided through this Site do not constitute the practice of medicine, private GP consultations, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment. This service is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and is not a substitute for regulated primary or secondary medical care.
1.2 No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Your purchase of any Service, or any communication with our Physicians through this platform (including video call or End-to-End Encrypted Messenger App), does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship. All guidance, coaching, and educational material provided is for lifestyle and health optimisation purposes only.
1.3 No Diagnosis, Screening, or Treatment
We do not screen for, diagnose, manage, or treat any acute or chronic medical condition, illness, injury, or mental health disorder. Where biochemical or physiological testing is arranged through third-party partners (including but not limited to blood testing, ageing/biological age testing, microbiome testing, continuous glucose monitoring, or genetic testing), that testing — and the clinical interpretation of any abnormal result — is performed and actioned by the third-party provider's own CQC-registered and appropriately regulated clinicians, not by Ojas Health Ltd. Our Physicians' role is limited to using the results, once cleared as suitable for lifestyle purposes, to inform coaching recommendations.
1.4 Mandatory Retention of a Registered NHS or Private GP
You must remain registered with an NHS General Practitioner, or an independent CQC-registered primary care provider, for all routine healthcare, symptom evaluation, physical examinations, prescriptions, vaccinations, and medical emergencies. Ojas Health Ltd does not prescribe prescription-only medications, issue medical referrals, sign fit notes, or handle medical emergencies.
1.5 Conflict of Interest — NHS Practice
For clinical and professional integrity reasons, you may not be registered as an NHS patient at the same GP practice at which our Physicians practise clinically, and must not use Ojas Health Ltd's Services as a substitute for, or in place of, care that should be sought through that or any other NHS practice. If you are, or become, registered at that NHS practice, you must disclose this immediately, and Ojas Health Ltd reserves the right to decline or terminate Services to avoid a conflict of interest.
1.6 "Asymptomatic Only" Requirement
By purchasing any Ojas Health Service, you confirm that you are currently asymptomatic and free from active, undiagnosed medical complaints relevant to the coaching being provided. If any third-party test result flags a marker outside standard clinical reference ranges, our protocol requires an immediate pause: you will be signposted to your registered GP or urgent care for clinical evaluation, and lifestyle coaching relating to that specific finding will not proceed until cleared by a registered clinician.
Part 2: Terms of Service
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to purchase Services. By purchasing, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
2.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely via [Stripe/your provider]. Ojas Health Ltd does not view or store your raw card details.
2.3 Third-Party Testing Partners
Where biochemical testing is arranged as part of your Service, this is fulfilled via external, appropriately regulated laboratory and diagnostic partners. By ordering, you consent to your relevant personal details being shared with these partners solely to facilitate delivery and processing of your test.
2.4 Cancellations & Refunds
[Insert your actual policy — e.g., consultations non-refundable once booked/delivered; test kits non-refundable once dispatched due to hygiene regulations, minus applicable fees.]
2.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ojas Health Ltd, its directors, and associate coaches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including personal injury or health outcomes — arising from your implementation of lifestyle, dietary, exercise, or supplement recommendations. You undertake all coaching-related lifestyle changes entirely at your own risk, and are advised to consult your registered GP before making significant changes, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
Part 3: GDPR & Confidentiality
3.1 Data Controller
Ojas Health Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected via this Site, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3.2 What We Collect
We collect personal data you provide directly (name, contact details, health and lifestyle information disclosed during coaching), and, where relevant, biochemical test results shared with us by third-party testing partners with your consent.
3.3 How We Use It
Your data is used solely to deliver coaching Services, personalise recommendations, and administer your account. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is shared with testing/fulfilment partners only as strictly necessary to deliver the Service you have requested.
3.4 Confidentiality
All information you share with our Physicians is treated as strictly confidential, in line with professional standards expected of GMC-registered doctors, and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent — except where disclosure is required by law, or necessary to prevent serious harm to yourself or others.
3.5 Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal/regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
3.6 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be made by contacting Drvepa@ojashealth.co.uk.
Part 4: Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
